Fred R. Beltran

Fred R. Beltran has served on the Calipatria City Council for 12 years. Fred attended Imperial Valley College, Southwestern College Chula Vista College and San Diego City College before graduating from the Riverside Sheriff’s Academy in Riverside, CA.

Prior to his current position as Westmorland Chief of Police, he has held positions at the Calipatria Police Department and Coachella Police Department. He currently serves on the City’s Redevelopment Agency Board, Community Development Block Grant Committee, and is a past member of the Parks and Recreation Committee and the Calipatria State Prison Citizens’ Advisory Board.
