Permanent Local Housing Allocation PLHA Grant Program

The City of Calipatria is in the process of receiving funds through the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) grant program and part of the program requirements is to allow the pubic to review the 5-Year Housing Plan and provide public comment. The PLHA program is intended to provide funding to local agencies to help accelerate housing production within a jurisdiction.
