Cathy has lived in the City of Calipatria since April 1995.  This small town has now become home. Cathy has held the City Clerk position since April 25, 2000. She is the third city clerk in Calipatria’s history and works under the direction of the City Manager. In her role, she handles all of the city council Agendas, Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances. She attends all City Council Meetings and serves as the Planning Commission Secretary. Cathy is also a Sworn Notary Public.
